The company only ships with insured shipping for the full value of the goods.
When the products you have ordered are ready to be shipped, we will notify you of the collection of the goods by the courier by phone, email or whatsapp.
The products are shipped fully assembled , with some exceptions that have separate legs to optimize the volume and cost of shipping.
By email you will receive the instructions for any assembly and the operating video of the products you have chosen.
The courier has the obligation to contact you to agree with you on the most convenient day and time for the delivery of the goods, usually 24/48 hours after notification of acceptance of the goods.
The courier is not obliged to deliver to the floor , but will deliver to the curb, so it is advisable to be in two people at the time of receipt of the goods.
We are very sensitive to environmental issues, which is why the products are packed in special Eco-Friendly wooden crates that protect the goods and allow them to travel all over the world.
All packaging is returnable , when you no longer need it, we ask you to let us know so that we can schedule collection by the courier.
1) LEGAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This Warranty relates to all products sold by LG Lesmo SNC Di Feniello Luciano & C. (hereinafter also referred to as LG Lesmo), CF/PI 02725000968, with registered office in 20855 Lesmo (MB), Via XXV Aprile n. 10 and operational headquarters (laboratory) in 23871 Lomagna (LC), Via Magenta n. 39, as Producer of the goods. Anything not governed by this contract will follow the specific written agreements reached between the parties. 2) DEFINITIONS, DURATION AND VALIDITY CONDITIONS OF THE LEGAL GUARANTEE
The Legal Guarantee is valid both for the Consumer and for the Professional/Company. It is to be understood as a Consumer pursuant to art. 3 lett. a) of the Consumer Code the "natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out" ; however, it is to be understood as a Professional/Company pursuant to art. 3 lett. c) of the Consumer Code the "natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of his entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity, or his intermediary" and who requests the invoice as the purchase of the asset is connected to this activity . The Legal Guarantee is valid for defects deriving from the manufacturing process which could occur:
during the first 24 (twenty-four) months following the date of delivery or collection of the goods, for Consumers;
during the first 12 (twelve) months following the date of delivery or collection of the goods, for Professionals/Companies.
It operates without the Consumer or the Professional/Company having to activate it or pay any sum. For the purposes of the application of the Guarantee, the date of delivery or collection of the goods must be proven by a delivery document issued by the Manufacturer or other probative document showing the date of purchase, collection or delivery of the goods, as well as the identification details of the order and purchase (including the type and model of goods). In order for this Guarantee to be fully valid during the aforementioned period, it is necessary that:
a) in the case of the Consumer, the goods are used for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out by the same;
b) in any case, any repair work must be carried out by personnel authorized by the aforementioned Manufacturer and that the spare parts used are exclusively the original ones supplied by the Manufacturer.
3) SUBJECT OF THE LEGAL GUARANTEE
The Legal Guarantee provides for the free restoration of the goods, by repair and/or replacement of the same, in the event of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity , ascertained and found by the Manufacturer, with respect to the characteristics of the product, as identified in the accompanying documents present at the time of purchase. purchase and/or shipment. Exceptions are pieces that are no longer in production.
The transport service provided by LG Lesmo, when possible, is always paid and always paid for by the applicant according to what is specifically estimated for him, according to the conditions set out at the following address: https://www.lg-lesmo.it/ delivery-shipping . Repairs and/or replacements carried out under warranty do not affect the warranty conditions acquired at the time of delivery or collection and do not give rise to extensions or renewals of the warranty itself. After 24 (twenty-four) months – in the case of the Consumer – or 12 (twelve) months – in the case of the Professional/Company – starting from the date of collection or delivery of the goods following its purchase, the Legal Guarantee will be considered exhausted. Any repairs and/or replacement of components that occur after the period of interest of this agreement or that do not comply with any of the above conditions, will be entirely and exclusively borne by the applicant.
4) EXCLUSION OF THE LEGAL WARRANTY
Without prejudice to the rights that the Consumer has against the Manufacturer, his direct contractor, pursuant to Directive 1999/44/EC and Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (so-called Consumer Code), the aesthetic components, those subject to wear, those no longer in production, as well as interventions on defects and/or malfunctions due to: unsuitable, negligent or neglected use are not covered by the Legal Guarantee ; improper use in the case of Consumers, non-domestic use (bars, restaurants, laundries, commercial activities in general, communities, offices, etc.); repairs carried out with non-original spare parts and/or by unauthorized LG Lesmo technical personnel; transport damage caused by unauthorized LG Lesmo technical personnel; damage caused by atmospheric and natural events, or by circumstances which, in any case, are not in any way attributable to manufacturing defects of the goods. Therefore, in the event that a technical intervention is carried out by LG Lesmo personnel in relation to the above, the transport costs, the costs of labor and of the components necessary for the repairs and/or replacements will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
5) TERRITORIAL EXTENSION OF THE LEGAL WARRANTY
This Guarantee is valid throughout Europe, including the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino. The applicant forfeits this Guarantee in the event that he uses the asset outside the territories previously designated.
6) LIMITATION OF MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY
